That way people immediately understand they’re entering the educational heart of the White Buffalo Association. It also gives you room to include everything you’ve created—white bison history, conservation, Native traditions, wildlife safety, FAQs, public announcements, prayer circles, events, research, and educational flyers—all under one welcoming umbrella. I think it will age well as your collection continues to grow.

Join us for the Prayer Circle, where people come together in love, hope, and prayer. We welcome guest speakers who share helpful ideas on health, wellness, and everyday life. Together we pray for those in need, give thanks for our blessings, and support one another with kindness and respect. Everyone is WELCOME.

This is my personal reflection after more than 2½ decades of caring for white bison. Out of respect, I encourage you to hear the sacred story of White Buffalo Calf Woman directly from the Lakota people. I simply share what I have learned through my journey with the white bison

Following a Sacred Path Across America
Our white buffalo herd has traveled a remarkable journey across some of America’s most beautiful and meaningful landscapes. Beginning in North Dakota, the journey continued to Oregon, then California, followed by Ohio. Each place became an important chapter in our mission to protect, preserve, and educate others about these rare and sacred animals.
Along the way, our herd has inspired countless people through education, conservation, prayer, and respect for nature. Every location has strengthened our commitment to preserving the legacy of the white buffalo while honoring the traditions of Native Nations that hold these magnificent animals in high regard.
Today, we look forward with hope to the next chapter of our journey—Bryce Canyon, Utah. There we hope to establish a permanent sanctuary where future generations can experience the beauty of the white buffalo, learn about conservation, and discover the timeless values of hope, peace, harmony, respect, and stewardship of the Earth.

The Journey of Our White Buffal

For thousands of years, bison shaped the landscapes of the American West and held deep meaning for many Native Nations. Although bison disappeared from many parts of their historic range, their story did not end. Today, the White Buffalo Association is dedicated to protecting the rare white bison and helping restore their legacy through conservation, education, and respect for nature. White Spirit “Hollywood,” our beloved white bison ambassador, symbolizes the hope that this living legacy will inspire generations to come.
