Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission.
Our ranch is dedicated to providing safe, healthy, natural care for the White Buffalo and the land they call home. As an organic ranch, we use natural, environmentally responsible products and practices whenever possible.
The following ongoing needs help us maintain the ranch, protect the herd, care for our equipment and buildings, and give the land time to rest.
Hay and Feed
Because of changing soil and climate conditions, our land needs time to rest rather than being used continuously for hay production. Purchasing approximately five months of hay allows our fields to recover and protects the long-term health of the soil.
Buffalo Health and Care
As an organic ranch, we prefer natural products whenever they are appropriate and safe for the herd.
Pasture and Land Maintenance
Allowing portions of our land to rest is essential. Healthy soil produces healthier pasture and helps keep the ranch sustainable for future generations of buffalo.
Fence Maintenance and Safety
Strong fencing is essential to the safety of a buffalo ranch.
Water Systems
Clean, dependable water is essential for the herd.
Buildings and Ranch Repairs
Several ranch buildings need routine upkeep to remain safe, functional, and protected from the weather.
Our residence is in good condition and requires only minor routine maintenance.
Tractor, Mowers, Four-Wheeler, and Ranch Equipment
Our tractor, mowers, and four-wheeler are essential for mowing, maintaining pasture, checking fences and water gaps, moving supplies, and caring for the herd.
Properly maintained equipment helps us care for the buffalo and the land safely and efficiently.

Every contribution—whether hay, supplies, equipment maintenance, professional services, volunteer labor, or financial support—helps us care for the White Buffalo and the land that sustains them.
When we care for the land, the land can continue to care for the buffalo.
Peace in the Valley, Love in Our Hearts, and We All Become One.
With gratitude and blessings, Grandmother Golden Bear
